The resort has an indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, open year-round. Guests can use the children's playground and the 18-hole miniature golf course. Outdoor barbecue pits and picnic areas are also on-site.

The indoor recreation center includes a racquetball court and a half basketball court that converts to pickleball. A fitness center with exercise equipment is available to guests. Table tennis, billiards, and a library of DVD movies are offered at no extra cost.

Guest units range from studios to one-bedroom apartments and standard suites, all with fully equipped kitchens and private bathrooms. Some units include a master bathroom with large shower, a second bathroom with bathtub, and an in-room safe. Select rooms have outdoor patio furniture and access to on-site barbecue grills.

Roundhouse Resort sits within Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest with direct access to hiking and biking trails. Arizona's largest ski area, Sunrise Ski Park, is a short drive away. Nearby lakes and golf courses include Fool Hollow Lake Recreation Area and Pinetop Lakes Country Club.
